Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing and Production Times

All of our products are custom-made to order by our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing and production before your order is shipped. Production times may vary depending on the product and current order volume.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Products are being printed & shipped within 48 hours after receiving your order.

For US orders: 8-14 business days standard , 2-3 business days via DHL express
For EU orders: 3-8 business days , 1-3 business days via DHL express
United Arab Emirates: 8-14 business days , 2-5 business days via DHL express

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery times may vary. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. We offer the following shipping options:

- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping: Calculated at checkout

4. Customs and Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery through our tracking page or the carrier's website.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [Your Email Address]. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the address.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

8. Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
